A report was written to support the construction company in the tender phase. To do so, the structures were recalculated
pursuant to the provisions of the Special Specifications for Contracting Construction Work.
Most of the work focused on the most sensitive design elements: box girders for passage between caissons,
the geotechnical stability of the structures, caissons, berm, etc.
The FLAC program was used for the geotechnical stability of the structures.
When calculating the caissons, the overpressure generated by using hydraulic fill from dredging was taken into consideration.
