CAMPO DALÍAS (ALMERÍA)

The detailed design is carried out for the subsea pipelines, from the connection to the onshore outfall section to the diffuser, and from the intake tower to the pump house at the intake.
The pipeline characteristics are:
• Material: PE100.
• Pipe definition: Intake outside diameter 1,800 mm and outfall 1,400 mm. SDR 33 for both pipelines (SDR 17 in the first marine section).
• Polyethylene length: intake: 1,620 m and outfall 1,970 m
• Maximum flow rates: intake: 3.6 m3/s and outfall: 2.32 m3/s
• 200 m diffuser section consisting of 20 ports.
A comprehensive marine climate study is prepared.
A detailed design is carried out for the intake tower and its construction procedure, as well as for the remaining elements required for the proper definition of the pipelines.
