


The project for the repair of the intake pipelines of the turbot fattening plant, with an annual production capacity of 7,000 tons, is being carried out. The project includes an analysis of the pathologies detected, a study of alternatives, an instrumentation plan, and the definition of an injection treatment. The fish farm consists of 2 twin units, each with the following characteristics:
• The first 1,500 meters of each intake pipeline are constructed using jacking techniques, De = 3,800 mm
• Each intake pipeline splits into two HDPE pipes, De = 2,000 mm, with a length of approximately 1,340 m.
• Therefore, the total length of the intake pipeline is 2,840 m.
• Design flow rate for each intake = 5.4 m3/s
