Great success for INCREA at the recent 5th Ports and Coasts Conference, “21st Century Challenges for Ports and Coasts,” held this year in Bilbao from November 12 to 14. Eloy Pita, Managing Director of INCREA, presented the paper “New Fishing Port in Nouadhibou, Mauritania: The Challenge of Internationalizing Spanish Engineering,” and was commended for his original presentation.
