The writing of the Alternative Construction Project to the Base Project, with the following tasks:
    •   Caisson resizing for the seawall:
    •   Caisson modification from rectangular cells to circular cells.
    •   Calculation of reinforcing steel.
    •   New inner mooring.
    •   Expansion of the pile mooring capacity.
    •   Improvements to the ro-ro ramps.
    •   Increased bollard capacity.
    •   Improved accessibility for inspection and maintenance.
    •   Architectural treatment of the crown wall.
    •   Re-use of the existing armour rock.
