XXVI Latin American Congress of Ports – Punta del Este. Uruguay. The congress was held from November 6 to 9 under the title “Latin American Ports in the Debate Between Globalization and Protectionism.”  The congress brings together more than 400 industry leaders for four days of conferences, meetings, trade exhibitions, and social activities.
