  • Description:

    Developed 3 alternatives for the seawater intake pipelines (2) and outfall pipelines (2) for the new combined cycle power station cooling circuit.

        •    Qd = 29,735 m3/h, for the intake and outfall.
        •    Chose intake and outfall tapping points.
        •    Hydraulic calculations and structural pre-design
        •    ALTERNATIVES:
    1. TRENCH
    2. PIPE JACKING, supplemented with trench stretches.
    3. AERIAL: a rack structure supported on a cleared area / jetty / piled pier, plus trench stretches.
