  • Description:

    1.Structure for the maritime terminal on piles along with the dredging of the dock.

    • Loading platform (51 x 20 m)
    • 4 mooring dolphins
    • 2 breasting dolphins
    • Connection gangways
    • 75 reinforced concrete piles, D=1200 mm

     

     
    2.Rubble mound breakwater to protect the maritime terminal, extending the existing one.
    • L ≈ 350 m
    • Protection with 5 and 8 tonne Cubipods.

    3.Underwater pipes to transport hydrocarbons from the Maritime Terminal to the land-based refinery.
    • 8 to 24” steel pipes
    • Fibre optic and power lines
    • Length of each one:        
    • ≈ 2,225 m submerged
    • ≈ 225 m aerial
     
    4.Expansion of an esplanade to build new facilities
    • New esplanade measuring
    • ≈ 9.5 ha.
    • Perimeter closure embankment (L ≈ 880 m)
    • Blocks quay (loading bay):
    • L≈60 m
    • Depth = 8.5 m
    • Water depth = 4 m
